Bahan adonan pelapis:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>100-250 gram tepung terigu, 1-50 gram tepung beras\/tapioika\/maeizena.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>1\/2 sdt garam, 1\/2 sdt kaldu bubuk, 1\/4 sdt merica bubuk, baking powder secukupnya.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>200-350 ml air (dingin atau es untuk hasil renyah).<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>3. Cara membuat:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan wortel, tauge, dan daun bawang;bumbui lalu masak hingga layu dan angkat.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Isi tahu dengan tumisan sayur yang sudah dingin, celup ke adonan tepung yang licin, lalu goreng hingga kuning kecokelatan di api sedang.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Sajikan hangat dengan sambal atau saus.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>4.
